Alematic, a local microbrewery, partnered with Drake Architecture to transform their 3,900 sq ft space into one of North Dayton's hottest breweries and taprooms. Embracing an industrial aesthetic, the space features polished concrete floors, corrugated metal accents, and vibrant street art. The owners were so impressed with the results that they re-engaged Drake Architecture to design and permit their new outdoor patio, set to open in the summer of 2021.
